Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store experience. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and ensure displays meet standards while contributing to smooth store operations.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. You should be flexible for day, evening and weekend shifts, and able to lift up to 50 lbs onsite at our location.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs
• Maintain product displays and shelves to company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with ordering when needed
• Set up company promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards
