The Linq Agency in Surrey is seeking motivated Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent leading financial brands at high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events. You will engage customers, explain financial products, and help match solutions to their needs in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

This role offers guaranteed hourly pay starting at CA$18.25, plus uncapped commissions, paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear performance opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

About the Role

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassadors to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on building a strong agency culture and providing meaningful growth opportunities. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions across the Surrey Area.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador - Surrey , you will represent leading financial brands in high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events throughout Surrey and surrounding communities. Your role is to engage customers, educate them on financial products, and help match solutions to their needs. Most activations are run in a team-based, energetic environment , with ongoing training and support provided.

This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions , making it ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
