Job summary

The Linq Agency in Surrey is hiring Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent leading financial brands at busy retail locations and events across Metro Vancouver. You will engage customers, explain product features, and help match solutions to needs in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Positions are available as full-time, part-time, and casual, with guaranteed hourly pay starting at CA$18.25 per hour plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner in high-traffic retail locations.
• Educate customers on financial products and services.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product information.
