Job summary

Linq Agency is hiring Retail Brand Ambassadors to engage customers in Edmonton’s high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events. You will educate customers on financial products, identify needs, and match solutions in a team-based, energetic setting.

We offer guaranteed hourly pay starting from CA$18/hour plus uncapped commissions, with ongoing training and performance-based opportunities. Both full-time and part-time roles are available across Edmonton.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required for events).
