Vail Resorts seeks a Retail Associate for its Squamish Outlet Store to deliver outstanding guest service and help guests choose the latest outdoor gear. No prior experience required as training is provided, and you’ll join a dynamic mountain environment with supportive teammates.

Starting wage is 20.00–22.69 per hour for a Summer Seasonal 2026 role, with full-time hours available. Benefits include ski passes, employee discounts, and development opportunities that support a memorable mountain
