Job summary

Loblaw's Real Canadian Superstore in Calgary is seeking Store Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep shelves stocked to meet customer needs. You will help create a positive shopping experience for our communities.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential, along with contributing to promotions and safe store operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move about the store throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and maintain health and safety standards.
