Job summary

In this role you will handle stock replenishment, inventory tasks, POS transactions, and contribute to store profitability. The position requires 16+ years of age and a willingness to work a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization.
• 16 years of age or older.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
• Demonstrate merchandise and advise on suitable options based on customer needs.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, replenishing, and processing product flow.
