Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and assists in supervising daily store operations to meet business goals. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, supervision, customer service, product quality, store maintenance, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily store functions.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Support personnel management tasks such as interviews and performance reviews when requested.
