Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Saskatoon, SK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the management team and lead daily store operations. You will mentor staff, drive sales, manage inventory, oversee visual displays, scheduling, and customer service, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems; assist with occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing strategies and exceeding sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
