Structube is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Canadian stores. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, guide a team, participate in recruiting, train staff, and manage inventories to meet profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working in a retail store and 1 year in a management position.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication in a customer-driven environment.
• High initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, organized and structured.
• Able to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs with team assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a customer-driven attitude and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure every employee delivers an incredible customer experience.
• Participate in recruitment, train staff and provide regular feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and delegate to meet deadlines.
