La Vie en Rose is seeking a store manager to lead a diverse retail team in a dynamic fashion environment. You will support the assistant manager and manager to achieve sales goals, maintain brand standards, and motivate the team to excel across in-store operations.

You will oversee sales, HR, marketing, and administration duties, ensuring excellent customer service, visual presentation, and store performance. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
• Result-oriented leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods (availability).
