Qualifications

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales: train your team to provide strong customer support and ensure knowledge of product features.
• Human Resources: lead and mentor the team, recruit and train new staff, manage absences and lateness.
• Marketing and Visual Presentation: keep the store visually appealing and aligned with brand planograms.
• Administration: analyze sales and traffic reports and share results with the team.
• Open and close the store and ensure policies are followed.
