As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviors on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution.
2. Paying focused attention to detail in store operations and maintaining Showcase’s policies and procedures.
3. Providing excellent customer service by being knowledgeable about current and upcoming trending products.
4. Working independently and collaboratively within the team.
5. Maintaining personal and store goals.
6. Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
7. Being punctual, dependable, outgoing, and having a fun personality.
