Temporary
Under the direction of the Director of Resident Care, the Restorative Care Coordinator is responsible for organizing therapy services and delivering restorative care services. They participate as a member of the rehabilitation team in developing, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans, focusing on continuity of care. They also support residents’ self-determination, encourage independence, and assist residents in overcoming barriers, promoting the concept of wellness.
