Job Title: Project Manager (Restoration & Reconstruction)

Location: Oakville, Ontario - Bronte Rd & Wyecroft Rd

Annual Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Project Managers must be available for alternating scheduled on-call evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Permanent Hire

This company provides emergency response, restoration, and reconstruction services to the insurance industry, residential, commercial, and industrial customers that have suffered property damage caused by fires, floods, winds, and mold in the Oakville, Mississauga, and surrounding area.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee full cycle restoration process from emergency phase through to completion
• Communicate with and provide customer service to home & business owners, insurance adjusters, and sub-contractors
• Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations through job costing and estimates using Xactimate
• Create & execute project plans with appropriate software and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and uploaded in Xactanalysis
• Manage project budget/estimates
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for each project
• Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization
• Clean and maintain company facility, vehicle, and equipment; keeping all restoration resources in constant state of readiness
• Improve technical knowledge, skills, and personal performance through courses as directed
• Complete all documentation requirements as per company Standards of Procedures
• Be available to respond to 24-hour emergency restoration and mitigation calls and alternating scheduled on-call evenings and weekends
• Other tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in the restoration or construction industry in a Project Management position
• Experience using MS Outlook, Word & Excel
• Experience using Xactimate software required
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Strong customer service, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Possesses valid G-level Driver's License and own vehicle
