RPMs work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As an RPM, you will manage renovations, control budgets, and communicate effectively. You will spend significant time in the field ensuring projects are completed properly.

Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

  • Ability to lead and develop a team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Construction project management experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided if you meet all qualifications.

Role on the Team (Job Functions) :

  • Meet operational objectives: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R meetings
  • Confirm budget and work orders before project start
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Participate in community events
  • Build relationships with customers and partners
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople
