Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Mississauga seeks an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth across the GTA, and build scalable processes for our restoration services portfolio.

You will oversee field teams, improve operational workflows, and partner with leadership on hiring and workforce planning to sustain performance and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations Management or similar in restoration.
• Experience managing complex property loss projects.
• Knowledge of restoration industry software (Xactimate/Xactware, Encircle, Docusketch, PSA, Dash).
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment adaptability.

We are partnering with a growing organization in the restoration services industry that is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support business growth across the GTA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-backed startup with an established client base and play a key role in building processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure emergency restoration projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and support field teams while promoting a strong culture of accountability and customer service.
• Implement and improve operational processes, procedures, and best practices to support business growth.
• Monitor job performance, documentation, and key operational metrics to ensure quality and profitability.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and ongoing team development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Operations Management, General Management, or Senior Project Management experience within restoration
• Experience managing complex property loss projects
• Knowledge of restoration industry software (Xactimate/Xactware, Encircle, Docusketch, PSA, Dash, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
