Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Mississauga seeks an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth across the GTA, and build scalable processes for our restoration services portfolio.

You will oversee field teams, improve operational workflows, and partner with leadership on hiring and workforce planning to sustain performance and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations Management or similar in restoration.
• Experience managing complex property loss projects.
• Knowledge of restoration industry software (Xactimate/Xactware, Encircle, Docusketch, PSA, Dash).
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure restoration projects are delivered on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and support field teams with accountability and customer service.
• Implement and improve processes to support growth.
• Monitor performance and profitability through key metrics.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding and workforce planning.
