Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests, including greeting, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings.
• Follow proper procedures for food service, table clearing, and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in upscale restaurant service, preferably in a busy downtown setting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid ProServe certification and knowledge of wine pairings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
