About Our Opportunity

We are seeking knowledgeable and engaging professional Bartenders responsible for serving beverages and menu items to guests in a professional, competent, and prompt manner, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences, with extensive wine, spirits, and beer knowledge, according to Bow & Bend standards.

Primary Accountabilities Include

• Providing the highest quality of service to customers and staff, setting a positive example.
• Preparing drink orders in proper calling order.
• Making cocktails according to 5-Star Standards, with quality garnishes, fresh ingredients, and appropriate glassware.
• Following check handling procedures, including credit card policies.
• Preparing beverage requisitions for liquor.
• Creating a friendly, hospitable, professional work atmosphere.
• Complying with all alcohol service and age verification procedures.
• Checking and replacing glassware as needed.
• Stocking and replenishing ice and alcohol supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

About You

• Minimum of one year of bartending experience in a large, upscale restaurant, preferably in a downtown setting.
• Outstanding work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and a positive demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, beverages, and bartending practices.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid ProServe certification.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
