Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a welcoming work environment. You will schedule staff, manage labor costs, and ensure adherence to company policies for profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will train and develop crew, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the GM/DM to meet sales goals while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L.
• Promote customer satisfaction to grow sales.
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback to improve service times.
• Train and develop crew and new managers under GM/DM supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and standard operating procedures during shifts.
• Oversee inventory, receive weekly deliveries, and ensure product availability.
