• Completion of a college diploma, preferably in hospitality management or culinary management.
• Current Food Handling Certificate is mandatory.
• Must have 1+ year management experience in QSR/fast casual.
• Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality and guest experience.
• Assist General Manager with restaurant P&L and budgeting.
• Lead and coach staff to meet Mary Brown’s standards.
• Direct daily restaurant operations and staffing.
• Ensure proper training and mentoring of team members.
• Provide timely reports to management and ensure regulatory compliance.
