Job summary

JRoss Recruiters is looking for a Store Opening Leader to launch new locations in the Vancouver area. You will recruit, onboard, train, and execute grand openings while building a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage labour and food costs, and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Training in Scottsdale, AZ is part of the program.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience within QSR, fast casual, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience supporting or leading at least three new store openings is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, labour and inventory management, and financial performance.
