Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures to Shift Managers and Crew Members, ensuring compliance with health/sanitation regulations.
• Works with restaurant management team to meet sales goals, budgets, and local store marketing programs.
• Manages food, labor, and costs, and monitors inventory to meet profit objectives.
• Directs Shift Managers and Crew Members to achieve goals and uphold Service Excellence and Customer Courtesy.
• Drives sales and profitability through execution of the business plan and positive team dynamics.
