Qualifications

• Post-Secondary diploma/degree is an asset.
• Food service and management experience required.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and computer skills.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Conscientious and profitability-oriented approach.
• Multi-unit experience, ideally with restaurant openings or training.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management.
• Desire to constantly take on challenges to foster personal growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Help employees establish exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the presentation of safe food products to customers.
• Lead by example by presenting a professional image at all times.
• Provide weekly reports of the store budget, daily inventory of stock.
• Increase sales to meet revenue targets; ensure that all labor costs are within budget.
• Maintain high company standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Perform minor maintenance work, as needed.
• Seek opportunities for the restaurant to participate in community events.
• Maintain food product inventory levels deemed acceptable for sales volumes.
• Provide a pleasant work environment.
