Cactus Club Cafe in British Columbia is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to mentor, inspire and lead our teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily. You will balance entrepreneurial leadership with accountability for decisions, safety and service standards, while guiding teams toward profitability and growth.

You bring strong hospitality background, Occupational First Aid and Safe Liquor certifications, and a commitment to professionalism.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience with strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff and teams.
• Qualifications in first aid and liquor service compliance.
