Qualifications

• Proven exceptional guest service skills requiring ability to rally a team to deliver this to every guest on every visit.
• Leadership experience with ability to direct the work of others
• Mentoring staff in learning, including food preparation to standard recipes or customization for guests
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative, good judgment, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to exceed guest expectations on every visit.
• Lead the team in caring for guests first before anything else and delight them with service.
• Ensure adherence to A&W operating standards and contribute to achieving financial results on the shift.
• Mentor staff to learn prep to standard recipes and customizations for guests.
• Work as a cohesive unit with co-workers in a dynamic fast-food environment.
