Wendy's Canada is seeking outgoing and energetic Restaurant Managers to support the General Manager in operating a Wendy's restaurant. You will lead staff, implement policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while driving service excellence.

As a Wendy's Restaurant Manager you’ll train and supervise Shift Managers and Crew Members, drive sales and cost control, and uphold a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Trains, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures per policy.
• Leads Shift Managers and Crew Members to meet sales goals.
• Manages inventory, labor and costs to protect profits.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily restaurant operations and team supervision.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations and company policies.
