We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, people and strong restaurant operations. You’ll lead from the floor while building the systems, standards and team culture that create consistently exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Lead
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain a strong presence on the floor
- Create consistently exceptional guest experiences and oversee service recovery
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing FOH team
- Build a positive culture focused on hospitality, teamwork and accountability
- Maintain and strengthen service standards, systems and operating proceduresOversee reservations, seating strategy, service flow and overall floor execution
- Drive strong communication and collaboration between FOH and BOH
- Manage scheduling, staffing and labour performance
- Support sales growth through strong service execution, product knowledge and guest engagement
- Monitor inventory, operating results and opportunities for improved performance
- Maintain Food Safe, Serving It Right, health, safety and Work Safe BC standards
- Work collaboratively with culinary and company leadership to continuously strengthen the restaurant
- The underlying management role already incorporates service execution, team coaching, sales support, labour management, inventory and financial review responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
- Strong experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop restaurant teams
- Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience
- Experience with labour management, scheduling and operational controls
- Comfortable working with restaurant performance and financial results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Organized, accountable and able to remain calm under pressure
- A hands‑on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality
- POS experience; Toast is an asset
- Reservation system experience; Tock is an asset
- Serving It Right and Food Safe certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
