A&W is seeking a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team in Charlottetown, PE. You will manage staffing, labour and food costs, and ensure high standards of service and food safety across daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
• Monitor and control labour costs and food costs
• Coach the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
• Spend time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
• Hire, retain, and terminate employees
• Assist with inventory management
• Other duties which involve day-to-day operation of a fast food restaurant
