Job summary

Tim Hortons in Winnipeg is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold Tim Hortons service, quality and cleanliness standards.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, ensure profitability, manage inventory and follow all operating guidelines while supporting the Owner in day-to-day operations. This role demands leadership in a quick-service environment and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
