Job summary

Tim Hortons in Burnaby is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll role-model open communication, train staff, and support the Owner with day-to-day operations.

Expect shift management, adherence to Tim Hortons standards, team recruitment and coaching, and responsible inventory and ordering. A car is required for this role. This is a full-time position.

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:

Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
