The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Parker Rooftop. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and motivate a high-performing front-of-house team, and ensure every guest leaves with an exceptional experience. This position is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and is ready to grow with a forward-thinking hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, coach, and support the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service.

Guest Experience: Lead by example on the floor, ensuring all guests receive personalized, memorable service.

Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations including scheduling, team coordination, and service flow.

Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, Bar Manager, and Executive Chef to execute promotions, events, and strategic initiatives.

Problem Solving: Resolve guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and care.

Financial Accountability: Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls in alignment with budgetary goals.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in a management role in an upscale restaurant or hospitality environment.

Service-Focused: Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, with a commitment to excellence in guest service.

Team Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to motivate, train, and support a diverse team.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
