Restaurant Manager Position

1 POSITION – RESTAURANT MANAGER, PERMANENT, FULL TIME, $22.50 PER HOUR, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR 2619936 ONTARIO INC O/A DOMINO’S PIZZA, SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO.

Business Address: 447 Pharmacy Ave, Scarborough, ONTARIO, M1L 3G7, CANADA

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
  2. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  3. Evaluate daily operations
  4. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  5. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  6. Monitor staff performance
  7. Train staff
  8. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  9. Conduct performance reviews
  10. Organize and maintain inventory
  11. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  12. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  13. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  14. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  15. Provide customer service
  16. Manage events

Supervision:
5-10 people
