1. Develop budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
2. Evaluate daily operations and efficiency.
3. Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
4. Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations.
5. Train staff members.
6. Balance cash transactions and complete financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports.
7. Manage inventory and organize supplies.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
10. Participate in marketing planning and execution.
11. Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
12. Maintain a recognized employer reputation.
