JRoss Recruiters is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader in Grande Prairie to guide day-to-day operations for a fast-casual brand. You will drive service excellence, lead a high-performing team, and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurant operations
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, service-driven environment
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing labour, food cost, and P&L performance
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced setting
