Job summary

Save-On-Foods Cumberland in Saskatoon, SK is hiring a Restaurant Clerk to join our energetic team. You will handle cash, share product knowledge with customers, keep the department well stocked and neatly presented, and ensure only the freshest products are on display.

You should have a passion for great food and outstanding customer service, a strong work ethic, integrity and enthusiasm, and any retail customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
• Retail customer service experience is an asset.
• Open daytime and evening availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and process transactions.

• Maintain well-stocked and presentable department.

Open Daytime And Evening Availability Is Preferred.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
