Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Kindersley, SK is hiring a Cashier to join our World Class Team. You’ll operate a cash register, share product knowledge, keep the department stocked, and provide a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Open evening and weekend availability is preferred. A passion for great food and customer service, reliability, and integrity are valued as you help go the extra mile for shoppers and teammates.

Qualifications

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.
