Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Ontario is seeking a Restaurant Chef to lead an à la carte kitchen within a multi-outlet resort operation. You will drive culinary standards, oversee a 10-person kitchen, and collaborate with senior leadership on Italian and Mediterranean concepts.

Experience in hotels or resorts with a strong service culture is essential. The role offers a salary of CAD 80k–85k plus PTO and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant kitchen in hotels/resorts.
• Strong background in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff.
• Ability to uphold high service standards across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant kitchen operation.
• Oversee food quality, presentation, consistency, and service standards.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade.
• Work closely with senior culinary leadership on standards and performance.
• Help deliver a cuisine style rooted in Italian influence with Mediterranean alignment.
