Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Details
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including driving sales, team leadership, training, customer service, and profitability.
- Support supervision, guidance, growth, and development of the Front of House (FOH) team.
- Manage staff scheduling, hours, discounts, and promotions to maximize profits.
- Ensure effective communication between FOH and Back of House (BOH) teams.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and emails.
- Oversee floor operations during shifts, including serving and bartending as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including liquor and beverage orders.
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.
- Manage scheduling and shift swaps using 7Shifts.
- Prepare reports for the General Manager, including daily/nightly summaries.
- Other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of FOH experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Lightspeed, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster an inclusive environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $17.00 to $18.00
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
