Ensure compliance with the HSE annual operating plan.

Drive legal compliance and conformity.

Promote a high-performance culture through strong leadership.

Act as a change management agent and Technical Authority.

Manage risk effectively with specialist knowledge.

Report environmental data and HSE incidents accurately.

Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.

Foster continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Promote Hitachi Energy's HSE and Sustainability culture.

Your Background

Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in HSE required.

10+ years of HSE experience in high-risk industries.

Expertise in risk assessment and high-risk activities management.

Experience in leading HSE projects and implementing solutions.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
