Rooted in personal experience and driven by compassion, we provide inclusive programs and services for families of children and youth with developmental and/or physical disabilities across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Requirements

• Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or equivalent training
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities is an asset
• Ability to provide personal care (e.g., toileting, feeding)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 weekend per month, and more hours during the summertime, according to program needs
