Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering
2. Membership or eligibility to become a member of a professional association for geologists or engineers
3. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including geological modeling, resource estimation, geostatistics, and drill programs
4. Practical experience in mineral resource estimation for various deposit types
5. Experience managing databases, QA/QC protocols, geostatistical analyses, and 2D/3D modelling
6. Passion and aptitude for training and sharing knowledge with team members
7. Proficiency in specialized geological and mining modelling software such as Leapfrog, Surpac, Datamine, etc.
8. Strong ability to learn new software quickly
9. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
10. Assets: Excellent communication skills in French, spoken and written
