The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is an integral part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations Team, deploying programs focused on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams in performing effective and efficient audits. Workforce Optimization aims to standardize and optimize resources for our firm, our audit clients, and our people.
The Workforce Optimization Technology Manager plays a lead role supporting business application tools related to managing resources, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management, and key metrics. This role involves close collaboration with IT professionals, the Department of Professional Practice, end-users, and provides expert-level support to ensure optimal utilization of all Workforce Management tools. It requires a mix of technical acumen and team leadership skills to drive new and current tools, along with creativity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
This position requires fluency in written and oral English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
The expected base salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses. Salary within this range depends on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
