The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is an integral part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations Team, focusing on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams. Workforce Optimization aims to standardize and optimize resources for our firm, clients, and staff.
The Technology Manager for Workforce Optimization supports business application tools related to resource management, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management, and key metrics. This role involves collaboration with IT, the Department of Professional Practice, end-users, and provides expert-level support to maximize tool utilization.
This highly visible role requires a blend of technical skills and leadership to drive tool execution. Creativity, questioning, and challenging the status quo are essential.
This role requires fluency in English to support and collaborate effectively within KPMG.
The base salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
