  2. Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
  3. Assist in developing curriculum modifications/adaptations and classroom modifications.
  4. Provide community education and training, including presentations to parent groups, college programs, and other professionals, as well as in-service training to ELCC programs.
  5. Maintain all documentation as required by legislation and program policies and procedures.
  6. Carry out established practices as required under licensing and the Childcare and Early Years Act.
  7. Maintain good working relationships with other members of CLH, the Early Intervention Team, educators, and the community.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  1. Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent required.
  2. A member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators, with training, experience, or education related to working with children with special needs.
  3. Resource Consulting Post Graduate Certificate preferred.

  5. Proven ability to work independently.
  6. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  8. Flexibility to work hours based on program needs, including evenings.
  9. Proficiency in both written and verbal skills in a second language is an asset.
