Job description

As a Member Service Consultant (MSC), you will have the proven ability to provide exceptional experiences to our Members. In this role, you will be required to sell Memberships and merchandise. You will also make car rental reservations, take passport photos, issue International Driving permits, and educate and provide Travel Insurance options to our Members.

Who You Are:

  1. 1-2 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  3. TICO certification completion or working towards/willing to complete
  4. Available to work flexible store operation hours
  5. Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
