Salary: $27.31-33.86/hour, per Local 684 Collective Agreement

A Residential Worker supports individuals in a supportive housing program, focusing on those experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and addictions. They provide assessments, education, case management, and social/recreational support while promoting independence and well-being. The role requires working both independently and as part of a team, modeling healthy behaviors and self-awareness, and applying psychosocial rehabilitation principles. All duties are carried out in alignment with CMHA's mission, values, and relevant policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
