• Strong communication, written and oral; able to manage change and mentor teams.
• Experience leading teams, managing program modernization and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residential tenancies program, directing information, dispute resolution, policy development and modernization.
• Manage a team of professionals and mentor staff to meet program priorities.
• Coordinate with other departments on system wide housing issues; manage information management system and processes.
