• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred.
• Criminal Records Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work performed on site and coordinate trades.
• Perform preliminary inspections before Quality Control inspection.
• Control overall safety of all designated sites.

Skills

Experience in residential construction

Understanding of construction equipment

Ability to read blueprints

Intermediate knowledge of framing

Knowledge of various trades
